1) Scope of this notice

This notice covers Unetwork Nodes Club websites, claim-code helpers, referral pages, and related browser-based tools. It does not replace the privacy policies of Unetwork, ApexTelecom, app stores, payment providers, social platforms, telecom carriers, wallet providers, or other external services.

2) Information collected

The site may collect browser and device information, IP-derived approximate location, pages viewed, referrer URLs, timestamps, language, screen dimensions, performance metrics, security events, and interaction data.

If a visitor uses claim-code, referral, wallet-balance, or contact flows, the site may process the information needed for that flow, such as a referral code, claim-code response, email address, conversion proof, wallet lookup response, or support message content supplied by the visitor.

3) Cookies, pixels, and local storage

Essential storage supports requested features such as referral-code capture, claim-code history, security checks, and cookie preferences.

If a visitor accepts non-essential cookies, the site may use Facebook/Meta Pixel, Reddit Pixel, Reddit Conversions API, Cloudflare Zaraz where enabled, UTM/referrer attribution, and browser storage for analytics and campaign measurement. See the Cookie Policy for the current storage list.

4) How information is used

• Operate, secure, debug, and improve the website.
• Show relevant Unetwork operator content and support links.
• Provide requested claim-code, referral, wallet-balance, and availability features.
• Measure site performance, campaign attribution, referrals, and conversion events when non-essential consent is given.
• Prevent abuse, rate-limit sensitive requests, and verify write actions.

5) Legal bases where GDPR-style rules apply

Where a legal basis is required, the site relies on legitimate interests for security, diagnostics, and requested site operation; consent for non-essential analytics and marketing storage; contract or pre-contract steps for requested account/referral interactions; and legal obligation where records must be kept or disclosed.

6) Sharing and processors

Information may be processed by hosting, security, database, analytics, advertising, referral, email, social, and support providers used to operate the site. Current integrations may include Cloudflare, Supabase-connected services, Facebook/Meta, Reddit, Telegram, WhatsApp, and Unetwork-related APIs or workers.

External links and embedded third-party services may collect data under their own policies when visitors open or use them.

7) Retention

Retention depends on the data type and purpose. Browser storage remains until it expires, is replaced, or is cleared by the visitor. Server logs, security records, conversion records, referral data, and operational records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, dispute handling, security, accounting, or legal requirements.

8) Visitor choices and rights

Visitors can reject non-essential cookies, reopen cookie preferences, clear browser storage, use browser privacy controls, or avoid optional third-party features.

Depending on location, visitors may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of personal information, and to withdraw consent for future non-essential processing. Requests can be sent to support@unitynodes.io.

9) Security

The site uses security controls such as HTTPS, security headers, rate limits, write-request guards, and secrets management. No website can guarantee absolute security, so visitors should avoid sending sensitive information unless it is needed for the requested flow.

10) Children

This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children. Visitors should not submit information for anyone under the age required to use the relevant Unetwork, app, telecom, wallet, or payment service.

11) International processing

Service providers and visitors may be located in different countries. Information may be processed where the site, its infrastructure providers, or linked services operate, subject to the safeguards those providers make available.
