What is Connectivity Verification?
Scout and Runner roles
Scouts find viable routes by manually dialing test numbers. Runners dial Scout-verified routes at volume and submit reports for each call.
Who can join
You need valid ULO status, a supported country or region, and the role addenda for Scout, Runner, or both. S&R shows the license state received from Unetwork.
SuperScouts
SuperScouts are appointed Scouts who help review ScoutQuest submissions and support the S&R community under a separate program agreement.
Rewards
How much can you earn?
- Rewards are in UP and are allocated for verified reports, not for calls alone.
- Runners receive 70% of the per-minute reward for connected, held, verified minutes.
- Scouts receive an ongoing 4% share of Runner minute rewards on routes they discover while the route stays active.
- ScoutQuest approved submissions earn 5 UP each, up to 50 UP per period.
- Scout call reports earn 0.10 UP each. A full Scout verification session for one number pays up to 0.50 UP when the required report is accepted.
- Route promotions earn 5 UP after successful promotion and Runner use. Bundle refunds can cover up to 40 UP for the SIM and package cost once per verified route.
- Rates vary by route and are shown in-platform before the call.
Operating workflow
How it works

Open Tasks
Open the Task tab in the Unetwork app and select Connectivity Verification.

Choose your role
Register as a Scout, a Runner, or both, then accept the required role addenda.

Use a dedicated prepaid SIM
Use only a dedicated prepaid SIM or eSIM purchased for S&R. Personal and daily-use SIMs are not allowed.

Dial manually
APEX provides test numbers or Scout-verified routes. You dial manually from your own phone; S&R does not place calls for you.

Submit reports
Submit a report for each call. Rewards settle only after the backend confirms the report against telecom and quality checks.
Before you participate
Task rules
- You are the legal calling party. APEX does not operate an in-platform dialer, cloud calling, or auto-dial service.
- Use only dedicated prepaid SIMs or eSIMs obtained lawfully and used according to carrier rules.
- Calls must connect and be held for at least 30 seconds to be eligible for reward verification.
- No reward is allocated for failed, misreported, rejected, automated, scripted, or unsubmitted reports.
- S&R records metadata such as duration, outcome, number dialed, SIM used, and reward earned. It does not record call audio or call content.
- Scout slots may be reallocated after 90 days of no activity, with prior notice. Earned rewards are not affected.
