About the task
What is Connectivity Verification?
Scout and Runner roles
Scouts discover and validate new access from a dedicated prepaid SIM. Runners manually verify Scout-found routes and submit the result for each call.
Who can join
You need valid ULO status, completed KYC, a supported number, and acceptance of the current Terms & Conditions. If you completed KYC in the Unetwork app, you do not need to do it again.
SuperScouts
SuperScouts are appointed Scouts who help review ScoutQuest submissions and support the S&R community under a separate program agreement.
Scout: discover new access
Use a dedicated prepaid SIM, choose an approved plan, record the real balance before and after the call, then submit exactly what happened.
- Dial assigned test numbers manually.
- Do not estimate, round, or skip balance details.
- Hang up and report the result if a person answers.
Runner: verify ready routes
Choose a Scout-verified route in the Runner dashboard, check its reward rate and SIM plan, then call it manually from your registered prepaid SIM.
- Keep an eligible call connected for at least 30 seconds.
- Submit the call outcome when it ends.
- Verified connected minutes earn 70% of the per-minute reward.
Rewards
How much can you earn?
- Rewards are in UP and are allocated for eligible, verified activity.
- Scouts receive 5 UP for discovering new access.
- Scouts earn 4% of Runner call revenue generated from the access they discover.
- Runners earn 70% of the per-minute reward for verified connected minutes.
- Each Scout can receive one SIM refund per carrier each month.
- You can buy additional SIMs, but they do not qualify for refunds or UP rewards from additional reports in that month.
- Runner reward rates are shown in the platform before you participate.
Operating workflow
How it works

Open the task
Open the Task tab in the Unetwork app and select Connectivity Verification.

Complete access setup
Register as a Scout, a Runner, or both. Complete KYC if prompted, then accept the updated Terms & Conditions.

Set up the right SIM
Use only a dedicated prepaid SIM or eSIM purchased for S&R. Personal and daily-use SIMs are not allowed.

Scout: validate the route
Record the real SIM balance, dial the assigned test number manually, then record the balance again and report the result accurately.

Runner: call the ready route
Check the route's reward rate and SIM plan, dial manually, and keep an eligible call connected for at least 30 seconds.

Submit the result
Submit a report for every call. Rewards apply only after the backend confirms the call and report.
Before you participate
Task rules
- You are the legal calling party. APEX does not operate an in-platform dialer, cloud calling, or auto-dial service.
- Use only dedicated prepaid SIMs or eSIMs obtained lawfully and used according to carrier rules.
- KYC is required for both Scout and Runner participation. Complete it in the platform if it is not already completed in the Unetwork app.
- Scout positions are limited to 30 per country. Available seats are assigned to the Scouts who were most active during Alpha and Beta.
- A Scout can receive one SIM refund per carrier per month. Additional SIMs do not qualify for refunds or report rewards in that month.
- Calls must connect and be held for at least 30 seconds to be eligible for reward verification.
- Scout balance reports must use the real carrier balance before and after the call. Do not estimate or round amounts.
- If a person answers, hang up immediately and report the outcome. Do not hold a conversation.
- No reward is allocated for failed, misreported, rejected, automated, scripted, or unsubmitted reports.
- Do not use automation, cloud calling, auto-dialing, or a personal SIM for Scout & Runner work.
- S&R records metadata such as duration, outcome, number dialed, SIM used, and reward earned. It does not record call audio or call content.
